1. The service
LUMA Trade follows invoices that a winery sends with LUMA in copy. LUMA monitors due dates, communicates with the importer, records replies and payment promises and registers the verified payment result. LUMA is not credit insurance, factoring, a formal credit score or legal advice.
2. Subscription and payment
The winery subscription costs €99 per month, billed €297 quarterly, with a three-month initial commitment. Detailed importer reports are purchased separately at €50 per report.
3. Winery responsibilities
The winery is responsible for the accuracy of the invoices and importer details it submits, and for its own commercial decisions. LUMA provides verified insight; the decision to sell, extend credit or agree payment terms remains with the winery.
4. Verified payment data
Only verified invoices contribute to LUMA's payment intelligence. Disputes are registered separately from payment behaviour. Commercial information such as prices and product detail remains confidential and is never shared with other wineries.
5. Termination
After the initial three-month commitment, the subscription may be cancelled with effect from the end of the current billing period. Verified payment records already registered remain part of the importer's history.
6. Liability
LUMA does not guarantee that an invoice will be paid. Liability is limited to the subscription fees paid over the preceding three months.
